昨日、営業終了後スタッフ皆でごはんを食べに行きました。

以前一度行こうとして電話したら、
「今日は貸し切りです」と振られてしまった
馬喰町の『ダクシン』さん。

「薬膳効果の高い南インドの伝統的料理」とのことで、
各種スパイスやニンニク、生姜などが多く使われていて、
風邪などの病気にはもちろん、美容にもいいそう

お店に入った瞬間、スパイスの良い香りがお出迎え
食欲が刺激されます。。。

定番のタンドーリチキンに、マサラワダ（パン・・・らしい。）、
玉ねぎパコダ（インド風かき揚げ）、ジャンボ海老グリルに
ドーサ（インド風クレープ）、ナン、カレー、
そして留めのレモンライス。

ガーリックナン、エビカレー、
ほうれん草とパニール、チキンカレー

ラネイジュスタッフ、もりもり食べます

スパイス効いているものもありますが、
まろやかな味のものもあるので、
そこまで口が痛くなることもなく
美味しくいただきました

あれこれ話しながらたくさん笑って、
おいしくご飯が食べられるって幸せだなぁと
つくづく思った夜でした。
